Availability: Quantities are limited. We will special order out of stock items upon request, and if available.
Fulfilling Your Order: We will confirm your order by email. Orders normally ship within two weeks. Contact us immediately, if you wish to modify your order.
Payment: Accepted methods of payment are VISA and Master Card.
Sales Tax: New York State residents must pay sales tax. Please enter your zip code in space provided on the Shopping Cart.
Shipping and Handling:
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Applicable shipping charges are based on delivery to a single address.
Please complete shopping cart transaction for each delivery address.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING with delivery from 2 - 9 days from shipment.
For Faster Shipping in U.S.: USPS Priority Mail for 2 to 3 day delivery from ship date @ $7 and USPS Express Mail for next day delivery @ $16 are available. Please email us at info@fyncollection.com to see if we can fulfill your request for faster shipping before placing your order and entering a shipment amount to shopping cart.
International Orders: $28.00. International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs, brokers fees, etc. We cannot mark items gifts or sample.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items to us for an exchange or credit as described below, provided items are post marked within fourteen days of our ship date to you. The expense for return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for jewelry returns.
We at www.fyncollection.com understand that shopping for artisan jewelry online may be convenient but does not allow the shopper to personally inspect and touch pieces before making an investment. For this reason, we provide the added service of free return ground shipping for jewelry. Please read the following Conditions.
Conditions Of Exchanges and Returns for Credit
Exchanges and Return items must be shipped within fourteen days of our ship date to the customer.
Items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging, with a copy of the receipt.
For non-jewelry items, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Insurance is the customers responsibility for all exchanges and returns. We recommend insurance on returned purchases, as no exchange or credit will occur until undamaged merchandise is received by us.
In the case of a return, we will credit the original method of payment used by the customer for the purchase for the amount of the item with applicable tax.
Special orders may not be returned or exchanged
Damaged Goods: If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately. Any delay may jeopardize a claim.
For Jewelry:
All conditions outlined above except we offer United States Postal Service ground shipping for jewelry exchanges and returns for credit are FREE!
We will credit the customer's original method of payment for USPS postage for ground shipping on exchange and return jewelry.
We will use the postage amount indicated on the return package for your amount of postage credit. Please make sure that the postage is clearly indicated on your package at the time of mailing. Please save your receipt until you have received your credit.
Insurance is the customer's responsibility and strongly recommended. Credit cannot be made on damaged or lost items.
